The journey to create Portlands Best Boba started at Cup & Cone, the Sodha’s globally inspired ice cream shop in Portland, Oregon. When Parth and Allison decided to expand their menu and include boba, they were shocked to discover the amount of artificial and synthetic ingredients. Plus, it just didn’t taste…good.

Additionally, international fulfillment delays created increased costs and inventory headaches.

And so they thought…why not create an all-natural boba made in the USA?
